I’m glad my husband was wanting something sweet last night and made some cookie dough. Our
little boy boys will need a warm treat today. It is 3 degrees!
We think these are the best chocolate chip cookies!
Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 Cup Brown Sugar
¾ Cup Sugar
1 Cup Butter (softened)
1 tsp. Vanilla
3 Cups Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 Cups Chocolate Chips
Cream the butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, salt and baking soda. Add in chocolate chips. Bake at 350° for about 11-13 minutes. We like our cookies soft and chewy in the center and very lightly golden around the edges.
